I've heard that drinking lots of water, getting in a little bit more exercise, and playing around with calories usually works.
For example, if you usually eat 1,500 calories a day... eat 1,200 one day and 1,800 the next day. I haven't tried it, but I've heard it works.
Have you been hitting that gym yet? :)
Exercise helps a plateau. Increase it, or change it. How many calories are you eating? I agree with cc, good suggestions.
Bust your daily cals, for sure. Stop eating a steady amount all the time. I hit a plateau once, and so I ate more veggies, protien, and dairy than EVER, and had a loss of 3lbs the next week. Plateaus are your body being comfy where it's at.... so kick it's butt!!
